Kobie Crowder is the founder and president of Crowder Strategies, an advisory practice focused on strategic finance, operational transformation, and institutional performance for higher education and public-sector organizations.
Over more than 20 years, Kobie has worked across university systems, public finance capital markets, global technology, and executive advisory engagements. His experience includes advising the CFO organization at the University of California, Berkeley; leading strategic projects and financial analysis at the University of California Office of the President; and working in municipal finance and investment banking.
At Dell Technologies, Kobie helped translate the complexity of the Dell–EMC integration into executive decision intelligence. He developed multidimensional Tableau dashboards linked to enterprise data to communicate performance against a $6 billion cost-out objective to senior leadership, including Michael Dell and Silver Lake Partners. The work demanded both analytical rigor and the ability to move rapidly between concise executive summaries and detailed operational evidence.
